First Orders – We require pre-payment on first orders. You may pay with credit card, check or cash. Net 30 terms are available for subsequent orders with established and favorable credit. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, check and cash.

Minimum Order - Opening order is $250.00; re-orders are $75.00.

Shipping – We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS and USPS. All orders F.O.B. dekorasyon gifts & décor in Lynnwood, Washington.

Overdue Payments – A 1.5% monthly finance charge applies to overdue accounts. Customers not settling within stated terms agree to pay all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees and interest at the highest legal rate. Customer’s obligations cannot be assigned or transferred without the prior acknowledgment and approval of dekorasyon gifts & décor.

Cancellation Policy – A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for returned items and orders cancelled once it is pulled and packed. The cost of shipping both ways are also charged. All sales are final.

Claims – We stand behind our products. We guarantee our products to be of top quality. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for any discrepancies and damaged merchandise must be claimed within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please keep all original packing materials for freight carrier inspection and keep all damaged merchandise in the original packing. Please contact us for prior authorization.
